Project Management Profesional Development Meeting

According to Project Management Institute's Job Growth and Talent Gap report, by 2027, employers will need 87.7 million individuals working in project management–oriented roles, increasing the need for skilled and experienced project and program managers (PMI's Pulse of the Profession, 2018).  Join Kandis Porter for an interactive session on how you can set your projects up for success by investing in proper planning.  She will cover the importance of developing a Project Charter, how to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and incorporating the use of MS Project as a tool.  This presentation will help you understand the purpose of a Gantt chart, network diagram, using the Critical Path Method (CPM) as a technique, and resource crashing a schedule.
